The hotel staff was helpful, I appreciated that. I found a supermarket near the hotel. It was just around the corner. The location was also very accessible to main attractions. The breakfast had many choices.

The staff at the front desk was amazing. Everyone helped. they gave us a detailed city map with an awesome sightseeing route. they booked a tango show and suggested shopping places. they even suggested cool restaurants! i really appreciated their address help for uber.
The pool was unavailable. The website didn't inform that it's closed for eight months each year. i booked this hotel expecting a heated pool, but it was closed. the breakfast choice was very limited too.

this hotel sits right in the heart of everything! i could walk to most places around the city in just 10 to 15 minutes. i found the neighborhood really safe, both during the day and at night.

the room i booked was supposed to be quiet. however, it faced some kind of generator and the noise was quite disturbing at night. the staff did turn it off when i called, but it came back on in the morning. breakfast was also disappointing, very basic and the same every day.

the location IS convenient.
the noise of the air conditioning was HORRIBLE, impossible to sleep with IT. the swimming pool was dirty, the water wasnt CLEAN and it had mosquitoes.
